A Better Tomorrow

Everyday is a different day because someone worked hard to make it better the previous day, weeks, months. Sometimes someone look at you in the eye and ask you, how will you make my life better? I came across that look this Gawai 2012 as I was randomly taking street shots at the Sibu Express Terminal. Folks were returning to their longhouses and waiting for their respective express boats  A baby with the mummy caught me in action and looked me in my lens, as if to ask me "Hey there, will I have a better tomorrow?". No amount of slogans, speeches, banners, book launches and all those transformation blues articles we read in the newspaper will matter if the next day is the same as the other. There is no other way except to work harder to make tomorrow a better day for everyone including little baby here.... Thank you.
