I must apologize to all of my readers for the sudden disappearance into space. There are certain things I need to trash out with before I kick start this blog of mine. After making so many plans on what I can do in my new role and office I just recieved another unexpected news but that is pending that I have to move on soon. This is what happens in the Civil Service - you get unexpected instructions but one is dutibound to abide by the Directive.
